How soon can you start the rebuild?
Once cleanup and drying are finished and we’ve seen the property, we can talk through when work begins. If crews are still on site, get in touch now and we’ll pick it up when they’re done.
Do you do the cleanup too?
No — that’s a different trade. We handle the rebuild: framing, floors, walls, cabinets and finishes. Our sister company Octagon Cleaning & Restoration does mitigation and cleanup, and many homeowners come to us after another company has finished that phase.
What should I have ready when you call?
Where the property is, what happened, and roughly what’s been removed. If you’ve filed an insurance claim, it helps to know that too. Nothing needs to be prepared in advance.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. In most damage claims the insurer sets an approved scope and pays within it. We rebuild to that scope and document the work throughout. The coverage decision itself sits with your carrier.
